G105 is recruiting interns. These positions offer a terrific learning experience and networking opportunities while representing the Triangle’s most prominent radio station.
All internships are unpaid, and candidates must be able to receive college credit as a requirement for admission. An enthusiastic attitude and innovative people skills are a plus!
The program will span the length of your semester. A minimum number of weekly office hours and outside events will be required for all successful candidates. We will work around class schedules to make the internship experience beneficial for both parties.

Bob and the Showgram Mornings
A Showgram internship is an excellent opportunity for students to gain invaluable experience and highly coveted reference on their résumé. If you are an energetic, hard-working, and highly organized student interested in the field of broadcasting, this job is for you!
We’re looking for students who are outgoing, enthusiastic, hard working, and fun! You will assist the promotions department with publicity strategies and public relations, and work with sales, on-air talent and promotions to market G105 to the local listener community. Represent G105 at special events and sales promotions, including concerts and live DJ appearances.
Ever wonder how your radio station works? If you are interested in radio and want to learn about being an on-air personality then this internship is for you. The internship will consist of assisting on on-air personality with their radio show. Learn to use the equipment, hear the newest songs and learn the job of an on-air personality.
If web design is your interest, a digital internship is a great opportunity for you! We are looking for students who are creative and are knowledgeable in web design. You will be assisting in keeping all websites and social media properties up to date. You will be dealing with online promotions, Photo and video creation/uploading and more.
