Times Square is poised to become a twerking trap with Miley Cyrus leading the lineup for tonight's annual "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest" special.

The pop star, who turned 2013 into her year with her MTV VMA performance, will follow acts like Blondie, Icona Pop and rap duo Macklemore & Ryan Lewis in the lead-up to the ball-dropping tradition.

Over in Los Angeles, the Black Eyed Peas' Fergie is preparing to help host another star-studded program that includes hitmakers like Robin Thicke, Ariana Grande, Jennifer Hudson and Jason Derulo.  "New Year's Rockin Eve" starts at 10 p.m. Eastern on ABC.

Viewers tuning into NBC for "New Year's Eve with Carson Daly" will be treated to performances from Mariah Carey and "Voice" coach Blake Shelton.  "Glee" star Jane Lynch is also on hand to help Carson co-host the live event.  On Fox, J. Cole and Panic! at the Disco are set to take the stage in the hour before midnight.

Will you count down to 2014 with the stars?
